Refund Calculation in Product Analytics

How do you calculate Refunds? Is it sum of "Refund" events or "Consumtion_Request" is also counted?

For Android users, we get data from Google API purchases.voidedpurchases. For iOS users, we count the sum of "Refund" events. "CONSUMPTION_REQUEST" and "REFUND_DECLINED" events are not taken into account.
