Check Ad Group Configuration
Verify that the correct ad group is selected in your Apple Search Ads settings. If there are multiple ad groups, ensure the one you’re using is correctly configured.
Qonversion fails to receive attribution data from Apple when the credentials are incorrect. If you're confident that the public key is set up correctly, double-check that the ad group ID is accurate for those campaigns.
